Position Title:

Bench Facilities Director

Provide management support to new and existing SSC accounts in K-12 or higher education settings. Travel required, including overnight stays. Candidates must be open to relocation outside of the Charlotte area.

As a Facilities Director, you will coordinate janitorial activities, oversee the cleanliness, sanitation, and security of assigned buildings, and develop and supervise staff at all levels. Your primary goal is to maintain high-quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Facilitate seamless communication between shifts to ensure task completion.
• Train workers in janitorial methods, procedures, and equipment operation.
• Issue supplies and equipment to workers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct daily inspections and follow through on all assignments to guarantee task completion.
• Cross‑train and develop personnel for multiple positions, fostering a versatile workforce.
• Conduct weekly staff reports and inspections, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Meet with staff regularly to review task completion and plan future projects.
• Secure buildings after work, ensuring safety and security measures.
• Guide project completion to ensure timely and within-budget outcomes.
• Report and address budgetary issues effectively.
