Third-Party Wealth Sr. Manager role responsible for inbound call center functions, supervising daily operations, call flow data, developing performance metrics, and enhancing operational processes. Also manages operational processes for Third-Party Wealth business at plan and participant levels.

Key Responsibilities And Duties
  • Manages employee life cycle (hiring, onboarding, off boarding)
  • Coaches team on TIAA's value proposition to drive asset retention and growth in core retirement annuity business and retail annuities
  • Coordinates and facilitates training, coaching, development, and other supervisory tasks of team
  • Identifies opportunities to document and drive improvements to processes
  • Develops functional policies, procedures, and guidelines
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
FINRA Registrations
  • SRC Indicator:
    Series 6 or 7;
    Series 63;
    Series 26 or 24
Licenses and Certifications
  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days

Base Pay Range

$97,000/yr - $141,000/yr

Compensation

The actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
