Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Solution Engineer to support our High Tech & Media vertical within T-Mobile's Growth and Emerging Business. This role is responsible for leading technical pre‑sales engagements with strategic and enterprise customers, driving innovative wireless and wireline solutions that solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, consultative selling expertise, and a passion for technology to influence outcomes and accelerate digital transformation for our clients.

This Sr SE will partner closely with sales teams, product managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to architect scalable, value‑driven solutions tailored to the unique needs of high‑growth media and tech customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with customers in the High Tech & Media vertical to understand requirements and present tailored wireless communication solutions
  • Conduct wireless network coverage analysis and review findings with customers to support solution design
  • Assist customers with processing requests related to in‑building wireless coverage improvements
  • Identify business opportunities and recommend appropriate wireless solutions to meet customer needs
  • Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value‑added solutions to support sales efforts
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent experience in field (Required)
  • 7-10 years - Work Experience
