About

the role

As a Manufacturing Engineering Leader
, you will play a key role in driving manufacturing excellence by leading and developing a team of manufacturing engineers while supporting daily production operations. This role has a direct impact on product quality, operational efficiency, cost reduction, and the successful implementation of manufacturing technologies. You will act as a technical and people leader, ensuring optimal use of resources and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Engineering Leader
, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supervising and providing technical guidance to entry and intermediate‑level manufacturing engineers and team leaders.
  • Setting day‑to‑day priorities and work plans to support production and manufacturing objectives.
  • Ensuring manufacturing and quality standards are met through effective process execution and engineering oversight.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve products, reduce costs, and increase productivity through process optimization.
  • Leading the design and definition of manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, and sequences of operations.
  • Supporting engineering teams with design concepts and specification requirements to enhance manufacturability and performance.
  • Driving strategies to reduce downtime and improve manufacturing efficiency through the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
Requirements

We are looking for people who are results‑driven, collaborative, and passionate about manufacturing excellence. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing
    .
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational practices.
  • Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience applying Lean Manufacturing tools
    .
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Experience managing capital projects.
  • Exposure to new manufacturing technologies and automation initiatives.
