Responsibilities- Fabrication & Welding: Perform high‑quality MIG, TIG, or Stick welding (based on project needs) on various metals (steel, aluminum, or stainless).
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols to ensure layouts are accurate before the first spark flies.
- Setup & Prep: Clamp, hold, tack‑weld, or grind components to prepare them for final welding.
- Quality Control: Inspect your own welds for pits, cracks, or deformations. We aim for "done right the first time."
- Safety Ownership: Maintain a clean work area and strictly follow all PPE requirements (hood, gloves, steel toes, etc.). You’re responsible for your safety and the safety of those around you.
- Experience: Proven experience as a welder (1 year to seasoned journeyman).

Skills:
Proficiency with various welding tools and procedures. Ability to use grinders, metal saws, and calipers. - Reliability: You show up ready to work. Our production schedule relies on the fabrication team being on time and consistent.
- Certifications: AWS certification is a major plus, but we also value hands‑on testing and "bench" experience.

Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 per year.
Shift: First.

7 AM – 4 PM.

Pay offered will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance.
