Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work On-site with our client in Charlotte, NC. Interested?

• The primary purpose of this position is to support production and product flow by operating the smaller machines, perform hand skill tasks, manual movement of parts and other tasks.
• Operation and knowledge of the following is required
• Operation of air tools, such as grinders, air hammers,
• Operation and basic understanding of manual machines; mills, grit blasting, rollers.
• Capable to operate basic equipment such as furnaces, Airflow stands, spot welder.
• Product and equipment movement using Fork Truck, crane operations, hand trucks.
• Understand the consequence of metal removal for future reuse of parts
• Properly use basic inspection tools Micrometers, Pie Tape, Depth gauges.

Pay: $ 22.97/hour

Hours:

40 hours/week.

7:30 a.m.

- 4:30 p.m.

Length:
Contract with potential to covert to Direct

Required skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operating manual machines such as mills or grit blasting equipment.

Preferred skills:

• Pass an assessment to demonstrate hand skills and mechanical aptitude
• Capability to operate manual machines; mills, grit blasting, etc.
• Able to change our remnant blast/coating media 50-gallon barrels.
• Obtain crane and Fork Truck license

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
