The Electrical Production Technician will be a key contributor in supporting HSP US’s manufacturing operations across multiple production areas. This role is ideal for a “jack‑of‑all‑trades” technician with strong electrical skills, mechanical aptitude, and the desire to learn HSP’s specialized high‑voltage production processes. You will work closely with engineering, winding, casting, assembly, and testing teams to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient production of high‑performance components.

What We Are Looking For !
  • Perform electrical wiring, cable routing, and component installation for production assemblies
  • Conduct HiPot testing, insulation resistance testing, and other electrical quality checks
  • Support troubleshooting of electrical issues in production equipment and assemblies
  • Assist with mechanical tasks including assembly, fitting, fastening, and equipment adjustments
  • Operate industrial tools, power tools, and measurement devices safely and effectively
  • Support production teams across winding, casting, assembly, and testing as needed
  • Assist with commissioning new production equipment, including setup, calibration, functional testing, and verification of electrical systems
  • Work with engineering and maintenance teams to validate machine performance and resolve commissioning issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation, test records, and production logs
  • Follow electrical safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company safety policies
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts for material movement and production support
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Learn and follow HSP US’s proprietary manufacturing processes and SOPs
What You Will Bring!
  • 3–7 years of experience in electrical, electro‑mechanical, or industrial technician roles
  • Strong electrical background including wiring, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Experience performing HiPot testing or other high‑voltage electrical tests
  • Experience assisting with commissioning of new machines or production equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial tools and equipment
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
  • Forklift and scissor lift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to safety
  • Technical diploma, trade school certification, or equivalent experience preferred
