Execute the daily blend requirements according to production schedules; through the manufacturing of syrup batches from raw materials, including water, sugar, and concentrate; ensure adherence to quality specifications;
Maintain blending equipment sanitation to ensure conformance to quality and sanitation standards;
Record and input concentrate and sugar receipts into inventory and LDMS/Lab Data Management System;
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure measurement accuracy;
Maintain testing, sanitation, and equipment calibration records and results
