The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for leading, organizing, and supervising lead hands and shop floor employees while ensuring production follows schedule, quality, and safety standards. This role requires effective communication between shifts, daily progress reporting, and proactive problem-solving to prevent delays. Additionally, the Electrical Supervisor works closely with the Drawing Release team to ensure accuracy in electrical schematics and assists with maintaining an organized and safe shop environme

  Lead, organize, and supervise lead hands to ensure smooth operat

  Ensure the shop floor follows the production schedule and report any schedule slippage to the manager, including reasons for de

  Verify that the latest electrical schematics and drawings are being used and ensure shop floor employees adhere to the latest updates in coordination with the Drawing Release

  Ensure production follows AVL QA and AVL customer quality stand

  Assist in maintaining a clean and organized shop floor by identifying areas needing improve
