If you enjoy using tools, working with your hands, and staying active throughout the day, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as pallet builders—no two pallets are the same, and every day brings something new!
Why You'll Love Working Here:
- 1st & 2nd
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 3:15 pm | Sunday
- Thursday, 6 am - 3:15 pm | Monday
- Thursday, 4 pm - 12 am - Training Pay: $15 per hour during training (up to 6 weeks)
- Post Training:
Average Piece Pay $17 - $21 per hour - Second-Chance

What You'll Do as a Pallet Builder:
- Inspect incoming pallets for damage, defects, and repair needs
- Use hand and power tools (hammer, crowbar, nail gun, etc.) to repair and rebuild pallets
- Replace broken boards, reinforce weak spots, and get pallets back to top quality
- Ensure all repaired pallets meet safety and customer standards
- Maintain production targets while keeping quality high
- Complete daily piecework or production paperwork
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
What You Will Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- ¡Hablamos Español! Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience using hand tools (hammer, crowbar, pry bar) and power tools (nail gun, saw, pneumatic tools)
- Background in warehouse, construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or pallet repair
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or damage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
- A safety-first mindset and familiarity with PPE
- Good time management and the ability to stay productive with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to show up every day ready to work
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- A positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions and be a team player
- Ability to complete basic paperwork, production sheets, or piecework log
