Drive enterprise-level automation strategies to streamline performance testing, monitoring, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance validation into automated build and release cycles.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms for stakeholders.
Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable insights to improve application scalability and efficiency.
Mentor junior engineers and lead performance engineering initiatives across teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in performance engineering and enterprise automation.
Hands-on expertise with Dynatrace, Splunk, and CI/CD tools.
Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, or Power Shell.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
