Complete bench assembly of electric motors and related components from start to finish;
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions;
Take ownership of the entire assembly process rather than performing one repetitive assembly-line operation;
Assemble, fit, align, and inspect mechanical components and subassemblies;
Utilize hand and power tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, drills, grinders, and other assembly tools
