Complete bench assembly of electric motors and related components from start to finish;
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions;
Take ownership of the entire assembly process and assemble, fit, align, and inspect mechanical components;
Utilize hand and power tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, drills, grinders, and other assembly tools;
Conduct in-process quality inspections and testing, troubleshoot and correct out-of-spec conditions, and maintain accurate records
