Flexo Machine Operator

Job Overview

Flexco Machine Operator – Second Shift – South Charlotte, NC. Full-time position with multiple shifts available (Morning or Evening). Pay range $17.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience, Monday to Friday.

• Set up and operate McKinley and Martin Flexo Folder Gluer machines.
• Perform quality control checks on printed boxes for alignment, ink consistency, and structural integrity.
• Complete production reports and checklists for each job run.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating Flexo Folder Gluer machines (preferably McKinley and Martin models).
• Previous experience in the corrugated packaging industry.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot printing and equipment issues.
• Ability to read and interpret production layouts and perform accurate measurements.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, and climbing.
• Must speak and read English fluently.
