Production Positions – $16.00​/hr

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring Production Associates for our clients in the located in the Charlotte area.

Pay: $16.00 per hour ( Weekly Pay)

Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to producing quality products while following safety procedures.

• Perform production and manufacturing tasks as assigned.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes/boots are required.
• No jewelry is permitted on the production floor, including earrings, bracelets, necklaces, watches, or rings.

Dress comfortably for the work environment. T-shirts and shorts are acceptable. The facility can be hot during the summer and cold during the winter, so dress appropriately for the season.

Before beginning employment, candidates will participate in a 15-20-minute facility tour. This allows applicants to learn about the position, review job expectations, and determine if the role is a good fit. It also provides the company an opportunity to ensure the position is a good match for the candidate.
