Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking dependable Assembly Workers for a manufacturing opportunity near Woodpark Boulevard in Charlotte, NC.

Location: Woodpark Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28206

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Pay Rate: $16.50

Job Type: Assembly / Production

Assembly Workers will support daily production by assembling products and components according to work instructions and quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Assemble products and components using hand or power tools
• Follow written instructions, diagrams, and production procedures
• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy
• Package, label, and prepare finished products as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Meet daily production and quality expectations
• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures
• Perform other production duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and use hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and attendance
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Must be able to complete required onboarding, I-9 verification, background check, and drug screening
