Biogen is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead day shift operations in drug substance manufacturing under cGMP. You will manage Manufacturing Associates, coordinate cross-functional activities, and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment.
The role requires strong leadership, technical credibility in manufacturing, and the ability to influence and deliver results in a fast-paced setting. A Bachelor’s in STEM and relevant experience are preferred.
