Shift 1 – 6am - 2:30pm + 2hr OT – 6:00am - 4:30pm.

- Pay rate $17/hr

Shift 2 – 4:30pm - 1:00am + 2hr OT – 4.30pm to 3am - Pay Rate: $18/hr

Component Assembler

Location:

Charlotte, NC 28269

Shift 1 – 6am - 2:30pm + 2hr OT – 6:00am - 4:30pm.

- Pay rate $17/hr

Shift 2 – 4:30pm - 1:00am + 2hr OT – 4.30pm to 3am - Pay Rate: $18/hr

Responsibilities
  • Assemble components by hand and with power tools precisely according to detailed blueprints and work instructions
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards by performing prescribed assembly and testing procedures
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and effectively communicate suggestions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation while supporting department housekeeping
  • Demonstrate high standards for productivity, quality, and workplace safety
  • Flexibly rotate through multiple assembly stations as required
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and exceptional customer service with peers and supervisors
  • Commit to mandatory overtime and weekend shifts when scheduled
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and operating precision measuring instruments
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing assembly
  • Solid mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly capability
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Effective verbal communication skills
