3. This is a regular, full-time, 1st-shift position offering an excellent four-day workweek. If you have a passion for complex debugging and leading technical improvements, we want to connect with you!
- An Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience, though a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies and systems.
- strong expertise in advanced debug techniques, test development, and a thorough understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronics.
- Proficiency in PCBA programming, firmware configuration, and utilizing various electronic test instrumentation.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring junior technicians, backed by strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing interactions, plus strong computer proficiency, including SAP, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Enjoy a compressed schedule! The normal work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM until 5:30 PM (includes lunch and breaks). Please note that some overtime may be required as needed.
salary: $43,680 - $49,920 per year

- Perform advanced-level testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic systems, leading complex debug efforts on printed circuit assemblies.
- Develop, validate, and improve test processes and fixtures while supporting PCBA programming and firmware loading.
- Interpret complex engineering documentation, including schematics, layouts, and ECNs, to diagnose issues and drive yield improvement initiatives.
- Operate specialized equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and RF power meters for advanced functional testing.
- Interface with Engineering for New Product Introduction (NPI) and provide technical guidance and mentorship to Level I and II Test Technicians.
- Document detailed failure analyses, support witness testing, and maintain calibration and readiness of workstations and equipment.
