Manufacturing Fulfillment Associate

Location: Charlotte, NC

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous manufacturing, valve, or hydronics assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, engineering drawings, and assembly instructions
  • Experience using standard hand tools, including wrenches and pliers
  • Experience operating bench‑mounted power tools or testing equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and product quality
  • Ability to follow Lean Production practices
  • Commitment to following all workplace safety procedures
  • Ability to maintain accurate parts and inventory levels
Job Duties
  • Review packing slips and digital pick tickets
  • Pull the correct quantities of industrial valves, actuators, and fittings
  • Assemble valve components and product kits
  • Attach, align, and fasten valves to electric and pneumatic actuators
  • Build and connect wiring harnesses
  • Install and connect solenoids
  • Follow engineering drawings and production schedules
  • Conduct pressure tests on completed assemblies
  • Perform functional air‑leak testing
  • Verify that finished assemblies meet performance requirements
  • Troubleshoot equipment and assembly issues
  • Perform basic maintenance on assembly machinery
  • Monitor and manage local stock levels for parts
  • Inspect products for defects or damage
  • Pack and label completed orders
  • Prepare products for shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area
