• Support production operations across multiple departments based on business needs.
• Assist with inventory, parts pulling, shipping, logistics, paint masking/prep, and other production support functions.
• Help maintain smooth interdepartmental production flow to keep operations running efficiently.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including weighing, packing, and staging a variety of products.
• Assist with paint/prep activities and preparation of units for shipment.
• Help unload incoming parts and organize product placement within inventory locations.
• Support cycle counting activities and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Pull parts from inventory to support Gearbox and Motor Assembly operations.
• Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement efforts throughout the production floor.
• Perform a variety of shop support and floater responsibilities as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1–2 years of experience working in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous forklift experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions accurately.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and inventory-related tasks.
• Dependable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Strong work ethic with a hands‑on, self‑motivated approach.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the production floor for up to 8–12 hours per day.
• Ability to work in an active manufacturing environment with frequent movement and physical activity.
