Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift Pay: $19.00 per hour

The RoleWe're seeking Finishing Operators to join our dynamic 2nd shift crew. As a Finishing Operator, you'll operate state-of-the-art rewind and finishing equipment to inspect, cut, and package labels with precision. Your work ensures that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate finishing equipment according to production orders
- Inspect labels for accuracy, quality, and customer specifications
- Apply correct core tags, splicing, and rewind positioning for each job
- Collaborate with quality teams to confirm accuracy before packaging
- Package finished products safely and efficiently for shipment
- Complete production and quality reports accurately and on time
- Report and communicate any equipment or quality issues immediately
- Support press operators and teammates to keep production running smoothly
- Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Be flexible and available for overtime when needed
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior manufacturing or printing experience is a plus (but not required!)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and job orders
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Standing and walking throughout your shift
- Lifting or moving up to 40 lbs regularly
- Occasional bending, kneeling, or climbing
- Clear vision (including close, distance, color, and depth perception)
- Work near moving machinery with protective gear provided (safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses)
