What you'll do as a Production Crew Member / Welder:

  • Perform MIG welding and structural fabrication on custom truck bodies and chassis components.
  • Install and assemble truck accessories, drawers, cranes, and specialized equipment.
  • Complete general labor and production tasks, including grinding, sanding, deburring, material handling, and surface preparation.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
  • Build and customize commercial trucks from start to finish in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Receive hands-on training to expand your welding and fabrication skills while growing your career.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience or a strong eagerness to learn new metal fabrication and MIG welding skills.
  • A background in construction, woodworking, automotive mechanics, truck upfitting, assembly, general labor, or other skilled trades.
  • Experience with body shop prep work, including sanding, grinding, and deburring metal parts.
  • The ability to read and follow blueprints or custom build specifications.
  • Proficiency in reading a tape measure down to the fraction.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand, power, and shop tools.
  • A team-oriented mindset and good communication skills with others.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus;

  • The physical capability to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and repetitively carry up to 50 lbs.
