Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly. You’ll work on advanced electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshoot complex problems, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and being part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

What You’ll Do:

Electrical:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair power distribution, PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and lighting systems
  • Repair, overhaul, and test AC/DC electrical equipment
  • Install and maintain circuits, switchgears, transformers, starters, controllers, and production equipment
  • Read schematics, blueprints, manuals, and perform computer diagnostics

Mechanical:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in machines and building systems
  • Modify, overhaul, or rebuild machine parts using tools and plant equipment
  • Follow lockout/tagout procedures to ensure safe operations
  • Start up new or repaired equipment and ensure optimal performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial experience with electrical and mechanical systems
  • Associate’s degree in Industrial Electronics or technical certifications a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
  • Ability to read measurements in both standard and metric systems
