Lift Operator

NCW is hiring a Lift Operator to support warehouse and logistics operations for clients in professional, scientific, and technical services. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products. You will inspect equipment, follow OSHA and site safety standards, and maintain clean, organized work areas. The Lift Operator will complete basic documentation, follow pick lists, and coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and shipping deadlines while ensuring accuracy and care with all materials handled.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and lift trucks to move, load, and unload materials safely
• Follow OSHA, site, and company safety procedures at all times
• Inspect and perform basic checks on lift equipment before use
• Follow pick lists, work orders, and instructions to ensure accurate material handling
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet production and shipping schedules
• Record material movements and complete basic documentation as required
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or inventory discrepancies promptly
