This position is in our Food Enterprise where we are committed to serving food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.
Job Type: Full Time Shift Available: 1st shift

Principal Accountabilities Provide on the job training for new hires. Communicate and demonstrate training information and materials and provide recommendations and support execution of updates or improvements. Know and understand all areas of production and conduct training for employees. Assist with the implementation of environmental health and safety programs such as ramp in and monthly safety training. Tech Service Support Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) Basic computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc.,
with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with advance notice High school diploma or GED equivalent Experience working in a production-related work
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining various industrial components and systems
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP
Experience with LMS(Learning Management Systems)
