** Assembly Workers
** for a manufacturing opportunity located on Woodpark Blvd in Charlotte, NC.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you will assemble products and components while maintaining quality, accuracy, productivity, and safety standards. We are looking for dependable candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

** Job Responsibilities*
* + Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.

+ Use basic hand tools and production equipment as required.

+ Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.

+ Identify and report damaged, defective, or incorrect components.

+ Package and prepare completed products as needed.

+ Maintain accurate production counts and required documentation.

** What We're Looking For*
* + Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.

+ Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work.

+ Strong attention to detail and quality.

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

+ Dependable attendance and punctuality.

+ Ability to work the full assigned  
** 1st or 2nd shift schedule** .

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
