We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cabinet Assembly Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling cabinetry and related components according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Assemble cabinets, drawers, doors, and related components according to blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Install hardware such as hinges, drawer slides, handles, and other cabinet accessories.
• Verify measurements and ensure proper alignment and fit of assembled products.
• Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals.
• Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company safety policies.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing completed products for shipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous cabinet assembly, woodworking, furniture assembly, manufacturing, or carpentry experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and use hand and power tools safely.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• Knowledge of cabinet manufacturing processes.
• Basic woodworking and pneumatic tool experience.
• Experience with measuring tools and quality inspections.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese)
