Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Press Brake Operator's for projects located in or around Charlotte, NC
. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-$30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Millwright and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Set up and operate press brakes to bend, form, and fabricate metal components
- Produce parts to precise tolerances and quality standards
- Program press brake equipment and adjust settings as needed
- Calculate stretch outs and material requirements
- Perform bump forming and rolling operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Previous fabrication shop experience required
- Strong experience setting up and operating press brakes
- Experience programming press brake machines
- Ability to calculate stretch outs
- Experience with bump forming and rolling
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
(Any Info you can find in the Intake Box—if no requirements in the intake, blank is acceptable)
- Minimum of 3 years in the
* trade* field - Must own basic Hand Tools
- Must wear proper PPE
