We are seeking a business leader with substantial commercial and operational experience who will own the complete lifecycle of large-scale programs ($10MM-$25MM+ annual revenue). The ideal candidate has proven experience managing complex engineering and manufacturing programs at multiple sites. They build relationships with customers and internal collaborators by showing results. They can influence and coordinate resources across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
