• Assist with daily production activities and preparation.
• Help organize materials, products, and supplies.
• Assist team members with routine production tasks.
• Move and arrange materials safely as needed.
• Check materials and products for accuracy and visible issues.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow established workplace safety procedues.
• Assist with packing, labeling, and organizing products when required.
• Monitor basic material needs and communicate shortages to team members.
• Help maintain an efficient workflow throughout daily operations.
• Work closely with coworkers to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist with general production activities as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform hands-on tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing daily priorities.
• Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, stocking, retail, or physical labor experience is a plus but not required.
