Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday

If your skills and experience are a good match for this role

• Operate and monitor equipment to produce high-quality optical and electro-optical products for medical applications.
• Prepare raw materials and maintain controlled process parameters to ensure quality and consistency of products.
• Perform inspections, measurements, and documentation in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Follow detailed work instructions, cleanroom practices and strict safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot process issues and support continuous process improvements.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing experience.
• Need to have good math skills, and knowledge to read and interpret blueprints and use measuring tools

• An associates degree or two-year technical degree is preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Operator in this role must have, or be able to learn, Windows based computer skills:
  Microsoft Excel and Word are required.
