Job Description

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will support the production of life-science and filtration products in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on production work, attention to detail, and working in a quality-focused setting.

• Operate production equipment and manufacturing processes in a cleanroom environment.

• Assemble, package, process, and inspect life-science and filtration products.

• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.

• Follow detailed work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Complete production documentation accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness, contamination-control, and quality standards.

• Work with specialty materials, chemicals, filtration media, or other production materials depending on the department.

• Troubleshoot minor process issues and collaborate with teammates to resolve problems.

• Support safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

• Adhere to strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards required in a life-sciences manufacturing environment.

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, or industrial experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills.

• Proven commitment to workplace safety and compliance.

• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends.

• Strong attendance and dependability.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with cleanroom, medical device, pharmaceutical, filtration, textile, or extrusion manufacturing environments preferred.

• Comfortable working around chemicals and specialty materials depending on assignment.

• Ability to maintain production documentation accurately.

Work in a cleanroom and regulated manufacturing environment requiring standing and walking for extended periods throughout a 12-hour shift. Frequent lifting and movement of materials up to 50 pounds. Exposure to manufacturing equipment, industrial noise, and varying temperatures. Some production areas may involve working around chemicals, filtration materials, or biological materials depending on the department. Strong emphasis on contamination control, product quality, and safety compliance.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
