Qualifications

Job Summary: The Temporary Marketing & Communications Coordinator will provide hands‑on support for both internal and external marketing initiatives. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and day‑to‑day support during a defined contract period.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external communications and marketing initiatives aligned with company goals, priorities, and culture.
  • Assist with communications campaigns by coordinating timelines, preparing deliverables, and supporting content distribution across internal and external channels.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute clear, engaging communications content for a variety of platforms, including internal channels, websites, presentations, email marketing, social media, digital signage, publications, and event materials.
  • Create, update, and format presentations and presentation materials to ensure content is accurate, visually consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support events and meetings by assisting with event and communication‑related tasks, messaging, promotional efforts, materials development, and post‑event communications.
  • Assist with email marketing and digital communications efforts, including contact list maintenance, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
  • Help manage and update digital platforms and communication channels to ensure content remains current, on‑brand, and effective.
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams and external vendors or agencies to support the production of communications and marketing materials.
  • Uphold brand standards and support the creation of brand‑aligned content and visuals.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned in support of the marketing and communications team.
Skills/Abilities

Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across all communications and marketing materials.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to shifting priorities and evolving project needs.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan timelines, coordinate assets, and track deliverables across campaigns and initiatives.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or other related field(s).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years hands‑on experience in a marketing or communications support role.
Travel Requirements
  • 10-15% International and Domestic based project demands.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to perform light lifting (up to 20 pounds) as needed to support job‑related tasks.
