Senior Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Marketing to develop and implement the annual marketing strategy.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for both brick‑and‑mortar branches and the virtual lending office.
• Develop digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, retargeting) to increase online loan applications.
• Build dashboards with our data analytics department for campaign results and ROI.
• Coordinate with branch teams on local marketing initiatives and in‑store promotions.
• Support customer referral and loyalty programs.
• Serve as a key member of the marketing leadership pipeline with potential to advance to VP in a few years.

• Experience in consumer finance, financial services, lending, or similar regulated industries preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and campaign execution.
• Experience with direct mail and multi‑channel marketing is a strong plus.
• Ability to analyze performance data and make recommendations.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable leading projects from start to finish.
• Creative problem solver with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ambition to advance into senior marketing leadership roles.
