Position Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Digital Marketing to lead the development and execution of high-impact digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing leader with expertise in digital strategy, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, marketing analytics, and campaign optimization. The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and cross‑functional collaboration to elevate digital performance across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Lead integrated, multi‑channel digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Optimize digital acquisition funnels, conversion rates (CRO), and customer journey performance.
  • Drive organic search growth and manage paid search initiatives to improve online visibility and website traffic.
  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools; deliver data‑driven insights and executive‑level reporting.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI and performance efficiency.
  • Partner with content, sales, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration and foster a high‑performance, accountability‑driven marketing environment.
Required Skills/Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and performance marketing leadership.
  • Proven success driving measurable results in SEO, SEM, PPC, paid media, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Automation Platforms required).
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics, campaign performance metrics, KPI tracking, and ROI optimization.
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and time management.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional standing, walking, and reaching.
  • Regular use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier).
