The Role

The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for our clients and a key driver of both execution and ideas. This role blends relationship management, project oversight, and creative thinking—ensuring every client experience is seamless, elevated, and on-brand.

You’ll manage projects from concept to delivery while also contributing creative ideas for sourcing, gifting, and campaign execution. If you enjoy pairing logistics with imagination, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Manage projects from kickoff through fulfillment, including creative sourcing, timelines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with clients to understand brand goals and propose thoughtful, on-brand product and gifting ideas
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to execute creative solutions efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain client dashboards, inventory levels, and fulfillment requests
  • Proactively communicate project updates, timelines, and potential challenges
  • Identify opportunities to elevate client programs through creative sourcing, packaging, and campaign ideas
  • Ensure all projects stay on budget, on brand, and on time
  • Build long-term client relationships by acting as a strategic and creative extension of their team
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or a related role
  • A creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into executable solutions
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
  • Comfortable working with timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination
  • Experience in branding, merchandising, marketing, events, or creative services is a plus
