Responsibilities- Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and local events
- Coordinate logistics such as booth materials, signage, swag, and vendors
- Assist with pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up campaigns
- Track attendance, leads, and basic ROI metrics
- Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and campaigns
- Assist with the creation of flyers, email graphics, social posts, and one‑pagers
- Support content development for blogs, case studies, and sales materials
- Update website pages, blogs, landing pages, and resources
- Work within a CMS to publish and maintain content
- Coordinate with designers or developers for larger updates
- Monitor content accuracy and basic SEO best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of marketing, communications, or internship experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with CMS platforms (Word Press or similar)
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or social media
- Exposure to B2B or technology marketing
- Experience with Canva or Adobe tools
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
- Must be willing to commute and work in the Charlotte Area
- Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
