Senior Marketing Specialist

This Senior Marketing Specialist role is ideal for someone who loves building things, creating standout content, and leaving their fingerprints on every project. This is a role for someone who wants ownership, creative control, and the chance to build something meaningful — not just push tasks.

• Build and manage standalone websites (Wix or Squarespace) separate from the corporate site
• Design and create marketing materials: flyers, digital assets, presentations, and signage
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social, email, website optimization)
• Periodically travel to store locations to capture content and connect with teams on-site
• Establish and improve internal marketing processes
• Take successful strategies from one project and scale them across others

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in:
• Strong experience with Wix or Squarespace
• Graphic design skills (Adobe, Canva, or similar)
• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end — concept to execution
• Highly creative, self-directed, and entrepreneurial
• Enjoys being in-office and on-site (this is not a remote role)

• Real estate, restaurant, hospitality or PR background
• Basic SEO and website optimization knowledge
