Role Summary

We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Manager to support Pretty Mafia’s growth through campaign planning, social media execution, and performance tracking. You’ll work directly with the founder to bring bold, elevated content to life — with the goal of driving traffic, brand visibility, and conversions across Instagram, Tik Tok, email, and ambassador channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Coordination

• Develop and manage monthly marketing calendars (launches, content drops, promos)

• Coordinate content and asset needs with creative and brand leads

• Monitor engagement metrics and provide weekly reporting

Social Media & Content Execution

• Support rollout of new visuals, content, and product drops

• Assist in caption writing, posting, and story scheduling (IG/Tik Tok)

• Manage ambassador reposting, tags, highlights, and CTA prompts

Email/SMS & Community Engagement

• Draft or coordinate email and SMS messages for drops, restocks, and brand moments

• Help plan subscriber-only perks or mini-campaigns

• Track performance and suggest improvements for engagement

You Are

• Organized and hands-on with strong attention to detail

• Socially fluent — you know how to speak in captions, hooks, and hashtags

• Comfortable working in early-stage brand environments

• Familiar with IG, Tik Tok, and email marketing tools

• Excited to work closely with a small but powerful team

Requirements

• 1–3 years in marketing, content coordination, or social media management

• Understanding of beauty, hair, or fashion content performance

• Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Instagram, Tik Tok, Klaviyo, Postscript

• Strong writing and content execution skills

• Portfolio or content samples required to be considered

Compensation

• Starting at $300/month (part-time, ~4–6 hours/week)
