The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, managing digital content, conducting research, and assisting with various administrative tasks. • Campaign Support:
  Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, website, events).
• Content Creation:
  Help create and edit content for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Social Media Management:
  Support the management of social media accounts, schedule posts, engage with followers, and track performance metrics.
• Email Marketing:
  Assist with the creation and distribution of email newsletters, ensuring content is aligned with campaign goals and targeted to the right audience.
• Market Research:
  Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to support the development of marketing strategies.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  Help track and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, email open rates, social media engagement) and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Event Support:
  Assist with planning and organizing marketing events, webinars, and conferences, including logistics, promotions, and post-event follow‑up.
• Administrative Support:
  Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and preparing reports.
• Brand Consistency:
  Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.

• Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Basic knowledge of content creation, graphic design, or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute ideas to marketing strategies.
