Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other partners to expand our reach and drive brand awareness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
• Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and fashion trends.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
