Position OverviewMy Pediatric Doctor is seeking a results-driven Marketing Associate to support the growth and visibility of our telehealth pediatric services. This role will be responsible for executing digital marketing initiatives designed to drive patient acquisition, increase brand awareness, and support long-term patient engagement across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or telehealth marketing and possess a strong understanding of digital patient acquisition strategies, marketing automation platforms, and social media growth initiatives. This individual will play a key role in implementing marketing campaigns, optimizing patient funnels, and managing marketing technology platforms to ensure consistent outreach and measurable performance.
Key Responsibilities- Execute digital marketing campaigns to support patient acquisition and retention for telehealth pediatric services.
- Manage paid and organic digital marketing initiatives across search, social media, and referral channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver analytics-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation campaigns using Active Campaign.
- Build and maintain email marketing sequences, nurture funnels, and automated patient communication workflows.
- Create and manage drip campaigns using Drip to support patient engagement and retention.
- Segment patient and prospect audiences to deliver targeted communications based on engagement behavior.
- Manage and grow brand presence across major social media platforms.
- Develop engaging and educational content focused on pediatric health, parenting resources, and telehealth accessibility.
- Track social media performance metrics and implement strategies to increase audience engagement and growth.
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships with parenting influencers, pediatric health advocates, and family-focused content creators.
- Coordinate brand collaborations to increase awareness and credibility within target parent communities.
- Develop referral and ambassador programs to expand patient reach through trusted partnerships.
- Support marketing strategies that highlight the accessibility and convenience of telehealth pediatric services.
- Develop educational content explaining telehealth services, patient onboarding, and virtual care benefits.
- Assist with initiatives designed to build trust and credibility in virtual pediatric healthcare.
- Assist in developing digital marketing assets including landing pages, email campaigns, blog content, and promotional materials.
- Ensure messaging aligns with healthcare marketing compliance and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with leadership to support product launches, service updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, or consumer health services.
- Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly Active Campaign.
- Experience building and managing automated email workflows in Drip or similar platforms.
- Proven experience managing and growing social media channels.
- Experience coordinating influencer partnerships and digital brand collaborations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking marketing performance metrics and campaign ROI.
- Excellent written communication and content development skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience marketing telehealth, healthcare services, or pediatric care.
- Familiarity with HIPAA‑compliant marketing practices and healthcare communication regulations.
- Experience with SEO, paid digital advertising, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Background in community engagement or parent‑focused marketing campaigns.
