Position: (Jr./Sr.) Regional/District Canvass Manager;

Nonprofit Fundraising, Canvass Leadership, Sales Management, Response Outreach, and/or Direct Marketing Leadership.
Compensation: $61,343 – $69,810 Base + Quarterly Bonus + Annual Profit Share (Target 1st year: $85,000 – $105,000+, each year can grow by 15%) (90 day rolling-review; 6 week training, 45 day ramp-up after)

Our Grassroots Direct Marketing teams inform and secure ongoing financial support for our visionary partners.
Our frontline team of Grassroots Fundraising Ambassadors, supported by their local (Jr./Sr.) Regional/District Canvass Manager, play a vital role in spreading the message of our partners to individuals, acting as the face & voice of our partners visions. The Regional/District Canvass Managers are essential components with responsibility for managing, training, and directing daily procedures, culture, and outcomes necessary for our Grassroots Direct Marketing Ambassadors to succeed.
We are looking for experienced individuals with Management or Leadership experience, particularly in Canvassing, Fundraising, or Sales/Direct Marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
Responsibilities- Hire, Train, Develop, Coach, Motivate, and Manage a small-to-midsize marketing team.
- Develop local partnerships with retail locations or other venues for private sites.
- Help create an omni-channel marketing grid:
Door, Event, Retail, Street. - Engage and communicate with local residents in various settings.
- Onboard potential recurring-donors to contribute to our Partners.
- Represent our Partners with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm at all times.
- Maintain & enforce performance targets as set by our Partners.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation & Benefits- Starting base of $1,250 per week + Bonus + Profit Share after successfully graduating training. (Performance targets required)
