Role:
Volunteer Fractional C‑Suite Leader

We are seeking Fractional Volunteer C‑Suite Leaders from both the corporate and nonprofit sectors to serve as strategic co-leads, advisors, and thought architects across a series of regional and national HBCU-centered programs.

Each C-Suite Leader will have the opportunity serve fractional terms of 90 days (quarterly rotation) with the opportunity to:

  • Advise a program vertically aligned with their domain expertise
  • Support regional Hackathon-Mastermind activations or quarterly conferences
  • Mentor and coach top HBCU interns and faculty
  • Provide executive insight into partnership, finance, operations, legal, AI/tech, DEI, or research development
  • Help build infrastructure that creates lasting Black economic and social equity
🚀 Programs You Would Support

Our framework incorporates a blend of traditional systems theory and culturally-rooted Black frameworks, including:

  • ABCD Mapping & BEMEI Score Systems – Asset-based community development and Black Economic Mapping Equity Index
  • Hackathon-Mastermind Methodology – Cross-sector, multigenerational, cohort-based problem solving
  • Systems Strategy Infrastructure (SSS) – Scaling from pilot to institution using data, people power, and parallel ecosystems
  • Liberation Logic + Cooperative Economics – Replacing extraction with shared ownership models
  • Community Governance + Ethical Tech – Elevating Black autonomy in tech design, use, and protection
  • Black Quantum physics, mechanics, dynamics, economics, consciousness, psychology, sociology, AI, technology, faith🙏🏽, and futurism teams

Our 2026 pilot phase is focused on measurable infrastructure validation, not theory expansion. Specifically:

  • Building AI-enabled ecosystem mapping tools tied to HBCUs
  • Running controlled hackathon pilots tied to software MVP development
  • Launching BEMEI internship cycles with defined placement metrics
  • Establishing governance-ready nonprofit alliance structures in select states
  • Documenting revenue traction and partnership conversion

The outcomes are operational:

  • Partnerships formalized
  • MVPs built
  • Revenue tested
  • Governance models documented

We are building structural proof, not just programming.
