NASCAR IMPACT is seeking a passionate and highly organized Coordinator, Community Impact to support the execution of NASCAR IMPACT initiatives that strengthen communities, engage youth, empower employees through volunteerism, and honor military and veteran communities.

In this role, you will help bring NASCAR's purpose-driven programs to life by coordinating community activations, managing nonprofit partnerships, supporting employee engagement opportunities, and delivering impactful race-weekend experiences. You will play a key role in executing programs with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, supporting veteran-focused initiatives, coordinating volunteer events, and contributing to broader social responsibility efforts including STEM education and sustainability.

What You'll Do

• Support the execution of NASCAR's community impact strategy with a focus on youth engagement, employee volunteerism, and military and veteran programming.
• Coordinate and execute community-focused activations across race markets and national initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, race tracks, nonprofit organizations, and external partners to deliver impactful programs and events.
• Support additional NASCAR IMPACT initiatives related to STEM education, sustainability, and social responsibility priorities.
• Lead planning and execution of NASCAR's race-weekend activations with Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
• Manage participant experience logistics, travel coordination, event scheduling, speaker engagement, and on-site operations.
• Partner with Boys & Girls Clubs of America and local Clubs to develop NASCAR-themed programs and experiences that inspire and engage youth.
• Serve as the primary day-of contact during youth-focused race weekend experiences.
• Coordinate employee volunteer programs from planning through execution.
• Manage registration processes, communications, event logistics, and volunteer engagement efforts.
• Support the growth and effectiveness of volunteer initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and community impact.
• Support NASCAR's military and veteran partnerships through program coordination and community engagement activities.
• Assist with planning, logistics, and relationship management for veteran-focused initiatives and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit, education, community, and corporate partners.
• Collect program metrics and activation data to measure impact and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop presentations, event recaps, planning documents, newsletters, internal communications, and content for the annual NASCAR IMPACT Report.
• Support storytelling efforts that highlight NASCAR's commitment to communities nationwide.
• Travel: 25-30%, including weekends (approximately 13 race weekends per year)

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Community Relations, Nonprofit Management, Event Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Responsibility, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in community relations, corporate social responsibility (CSR), nonprofit partnerships, employee engagement, events, communications, or program management.
• Experience working within nonprofit, sports, entertainment, corporate community impact, or mission-driven organizations.
