Position: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Clinical

Responsibilities:

Obtain and review patient's medical and psychosocial history relevant to patient care.

Conduct physical examinations following company guidelines.

Order and review laboratory and diagnostic procedures, including ECGs.

Provide Preventive Medicine Counseling, Program counseling, and Education on Products and Supplements.

Follow prescription guidelines per the collaborative agreement with the supervising physician.

Maintain documentation for patient care and medication management in the EMR per standards.

Review patient progress and manage care accordingly.

Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities.

Conduct follow-up calls to discuss progress and address concerns.

General Responsibilities:

Review weekly Weight Tracker, Slipping Report, and KPIs to oversee clinical activities and mentor staff.

Act as the liaison for medical and clinical affairs at the locations.

Participate in training initiatives and serve as in-house trainer for medical staff.

Identify opportunities to improve clinical operations' efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop strategies to enhance patient experience.

Participate in launching new programs, services, and products.

Manage projects effectively, developing and monitoring work plans.
