Clinical

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and review patient's medical and psychosocial history relevant to patient care.
  • Conduct physical examinations following company guidelines.
  • Order and review laboratory and diagnostic procedures, including ECGs.
  • Provide Preventive Medicine Counseling, Program counseling, and Education on Products and Supplements.
  • Follow prescription guidelines per the collaborative agreement with the supervising physician.
  • Maintain documentation for patient care and medication management in the EMR per standards.
  • Review patient progress and manage care accordingly.
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to discuss progress and address concerns.
  • General Responsibilities:
  • Review weekly Weight Tracker, Slipping Report, and KPIs to oversee clinical activities and mentor staff.
  • Act as the liaison for medical and clinical affairs at the locations.
  • Participate in training initiatives and serve as in-house trainer for medical staff.
  • Identify opportunities to improve clinical operations' efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop strategies to enhance patient experience.
  • Participate in launching new programs, services, and products.
  • Manage projects effectively, developing and monitoring work plans.

    • DEA Certification (Preferred)
