• $30,000 sign-on bonus paid in full upon hire
• $1,500/month stipend while in school, capped at $54,000
• $1,200/month loan repayment over 5 years, capped at $72,000
• Up to $10,000 relocation budget for moves of 50 or more miles to be near Carolina East Medical Center

This program allows current SRNAs attending an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia to receive a stipend while in school if they commit to working at Carolina East upon graduation and earning their CRNA certification. Enrolled SRNAs must apply and be accepted into this program.

• BSN required; currently enrolled in an MSN or DNP accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
• Current RN licensure issued by the NCBON
• Must obtain CRNA certification upon graduation
