This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner, located in Charlotte, NC. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing patient education. Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care is a key part of the role. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
Qualifications- Clinical skills including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and commitment to maintaining medical records accurately
- Advanced practice certification and current Nurse Practitioner license
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in a related field such as family medicine, internal medicine, or specialty care is a plus
