With ongoing plans for expansion, the company is constructing four additional facilities in North Carolina.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC and surrounding cities, for a Clinical Nurse Consultant. The Clinical Nurse Consultant will provide specialized clinical expertise to support and enhance resident care practices across the facilities. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, formulating individualized care plans, implementing clinical protocols, monitoring compliance with healthcare standards, and providing education to staff to ensure best practices.
The Consultant will collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Extensive knowledge of patient assessments, care planning, and implementing clinical best practices
- Strong familiarity with compliance and healthcare regulatory standards, particularly in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
- Ability to mentor, educate, and train nursing staff effectively
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to multitask and communicate professionally with medical staff, residents, and their families
- Valid RN licensure and clinical nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or geriatrics
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required;
Master’s degree in relevant field preferred - Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
